A Jersey City man accused of killing a woman and her young children before stabbing himself encountered at least two witnesses, court documents claim.

As students filed into Jersey City schools Thursday morning, two of their classmates were missing after a rare triple homicide overnight that the mayor called an incident of domestic violence.
