California authorities say the death of Jeff Sperbeck in a golf cart accident appears to be a horrific accident.

Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco said Jeff Bianco was standing in the back of a moving golf cart when he fell. The sheriff would not say if John Elway was the driver.

We’re doing everything we can to make sure that this is what it appears to be, and just an accident,” Sheriff Chad Bianco said.
