Nissan is recalling nearly 443,900 vehicles across certain models under its brand and the Infiniti brand in the U.S. over a faulty part that could cause engine failure.

In a recall notice posted with the the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, Nissan said it had identified bearing failures in certain vehicles. Nissan is recalling 443,899 vehicles in the U.S., the notice shows. In Canada, 37,837 are affected, a Nissan spokesperson told the Associated Press.

(CNN)– Nissan is recalling more than 440-thousand vehicles over an engine issue. The automaker says engine bearings may have defects that could lead to engine failure, raising the risk of a crash. The recalled vehicles include: the 2021 to 2024 Rogue, 2019 to 2020 Altima, 2019 to 2022 Infiniti QX50, and 2022 Infiniti QX55.
