Anthony Welch was driving on I-35E near Red Oak when he was crashed into by a suspect who was leading Dallas officers on a pursuit.

The man was killed earlier this month when a murder suspect, fleeing from police, crashed into his car with his wife.

The deadly incident occurred in Texas on Thursday at around 10.30 a.m. after the suspect, name as Gabriel Cerna, collided with another vehicle on the interstate
