Warner Bros. Discovery (NASDAQ:WBD) has appointed Anthony Noto and Joey Levin to its board of directors, the company said in a press release Tuesday. Noto joined the company's board on January 8, and Levin will join on February 1.

Anthony Noto, CEO of SoFi Technologies, and Joey Levin, CEO of IAC, have been appointed to Warner Bros. Discovery’s board of directors.

Levin is set to depart IAC after the spinoff of its home services platform Angi and become Angi's executive chairman.
