Texans across the state have come together to support the Texas Hill Country and Central Texas communities still recovering from the Fourth of July weekend floods, including its biggest stars. Businesses like H-E-B and Raisin Canes have donated millions, and now one of the state's greatest singers is rallying support.

The threat of heavy rain is “slight” for this weekend, but with the ground fully saturated in Kerr County even small amounts of rainfall could cause flooding.

The Texas flood smashed through buildings, carried away cars and ripped sturdy trees out by the roots, dropping the debris in twisted piles when the water finally ebbed.
