Andrew S. I have been lucky enough to arrive 1 1/2 hours before a concert. I select a downtown restaurant that is within walking distance of Jones Hall. When I arrive that early after 5 pm I find on the street parking for free. If you cannot arrive that early there is underground parking across the street. Jones Hall parking has an entrance at 800 Preston. The cost is $15.00 credit card only. Follow the signs and tunnels to enter Jones Hall.
