Ja'lessa Cole, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in primary care. Ja'lessa was born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of South Carolina in Columbia. She also graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina with both a Master of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice degree specializing in family practice. She is a South Carolina AHEC Scholar with a focus in addressing health disparities for underserved and at-risk populations. She is an active member of The Sigma Theta Tau International Society of Nursing. Her areas of special interests include preventative care, acute and chronic disease management, reproductive health, and maintenance for holistic wellness. Her goal is to curate an individualized treatment plan to help achieve the best possible outcome.
