Yes you can walk around the main deck and see lots of interesting things like the big guns , big shells . you can go inside some places without going down stairs . there are places to stop, rest and just enjoy the surrounding scenery. The day I was there, they were people singing . Very enjoyable to see and you can go inside the visitors center right next door and see loads of naval things and do some shopping .
